Nightwear and bra/bralette orders can be exchanged if they do not fit, return postage is not covered. We do not offer exchanges on briefs due to hygiene reasons.
Due to each item being made to order we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
If you are exchanging an item, these must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the items, the items must be returned in their original condition, if the items have been worn or damaged in any way then the purchase can not be exchanged and the item will be posted back.
If there is an issue or fault with your item we can offer a credit note which can be spent online, this will be discussed via email.
Unfortunately we do not accept order cancelations as all pieces are handmade to order, once an order is completed we cannot cancel it. We also cannot accept responsibility or cancel orders for not reading terms and conditions regarding processing times if an item is dispatched within the stated 7-10 working days.
Please note that your statutory rights are not effected by our refund policy.
