Refund Policy

Nightwear and bra/bralette orders can be exchanged if they do not fit, return postage is not covered. We do not offer exchanges on briefs due to hygiene reasons.

Due to each item being made to order we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. 

Custom sized items can not be returned as they are made to your specific measurements, but free alterations can be made.

If you are exchanging an item, these must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the items, the items must be returned in their original condition, if the items have been worn or damaged in any way then the purchase can not be exchanged and the item will be posted back.

If there is a issue or fault with your item we can offer a credit note which can be spent online, this will be discussed via email.
